The villa is reserved exclusively for your use, offering complete privacy throughout your stay. All interior spaces, terraces, and the infinity pool are entirely private, allowing you to experience the property without interruption.

Other things to note
✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome basket. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three-four day for reservations up to 7 days.
✔ The pool is not available from November to December
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Climate Resilience Fee - €15 per night per villa from March to October and €4 per night per villa from November to February. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival.

Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Mountains, lakes, tropical Beaches, forests, rich plains all part of picturesque scenes of Crete.
In West Crete is sited the city of Chania Capital of the same name Region. Old port of Chania is surely one of the most visited places on the island, build by the Venetians with trademark the Egyptian lighthouse in the entrance of the port. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.

Located in the wider area of Kissamos, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by natural beauty while remaining close to everyday conveniences. The town of Kissamos offers supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, cafés, traditional tavernas, and all essential services a guest may need during their stay. The area is known for its authentic Cretan atmosphere, agricultural landscapes, olive groves, and relaxed pace of life.

Its location provides excellent access to some of Crete’s most renowned beaches. Within a short drive, you can reach the stunning Balos Lagoon, famous for its turquoise waters and exotic scenery, the unique pink-sand beach of Elafonisi, and the expansive sandy shores of Falassarna with its crystal-clear sea and spectacular sunsets. The main road network also allows convenient access toward Chania city, making the villa an ideal base for exploring western Crete.

Getting around

A car is highly recommended in order to fully explore the Kissamos region and the wider area of western Crete. The villa offers easy access to the main road network, allowing smooth drives toward Chania city, Falassarna, Balos (via Kissamos port or road access), and Elafonisi.

Kissamos town is only a short drive away for daily shopping, dining, and services, while larger supermarkets and additional facilities can be found there as well. Chania city center and the Old Town are approximately a 30 minute drive, depending on traffic.

For guests interested in visiting Balos by boat, daily excursions depart from Kissamos port during the summer season. Public transportation is available from Kissamos toward Chania and other villages, though schedules are limited, making private transport the most convenient option for flexibility and comfort.
