A parking area is located very close to the apartment, offering extra convenience for guests traveling with their own vehicle.

In this 32 sqm space, the sleeping area is centered around a wonderfully comfortable king-size bed with a state-of-the-art, premium-quality mattress and crisp, high-quality linens, ensuring truly restful nights after a day of exploring. Soft lighting and minimalist décor further enhance the sense of relaxation throughout the apartment.

A dedicated dining and work corner provides a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast, a glass of wine, or catching up on emails, while the compact kitchenette is fully equipped for light meals, offering a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, sink, and essential kitchenware.

The modern en-suite bathroom beautifully completes the ambience, featuring a stylish basin, a private toilet, and a separate walk-in rainfall shower with elegant finishes. Fresh linen, towels, beach towels, and quality toiletries are all provided, adding a hotel-style touch and allowing you to relax from the very moment you arrive.

Please note that there is no washing machine inside the apartment. However, a washing machine is available for guests in a shared area of the building.
For your convenience and security, the entrance code of the laundry is provided upon request prior to arrival.

Guest access

 Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor with direct access from a quiet alley in Koum Kapi. This makes it easy to come and go while still enjoying the authentic charm of Chania’s historic streets. Please note that there is one small step at the entrance to the apartment.

Self check-in is available with a lockbox (we will send you further details closer to your arrival). Physical check-in option is upon request. We can provide a short briefing of the house and information about shops, restaurants, museums, gorges, beaches, local feasts, organized or private tours or anything else you may need. We can provide you with full details of any place of interest if asked with specific details of that to see, how to get there and many more.

✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the apartment.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the apartment for the stay time are included in the price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every once a week for stays up to 7 days and more.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh for stays up to 7days and more.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
✔ Before arrival at the apartment, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport to proceed with check-in instructions.
