The space

All villas are totally spacious with big openings offering access to a private pool and unobstructed enchanting views of the sea and the bay! The private pool with the children's section of your villa awaits you to enjoy moments of fun, accompanied by the enchanting view of the bay and the surrounding rocks! The stairs from the pool area of each villa lead to the grass covered land of the facilities, ready to serve all your desires!

Indoor Layout

The single level 3-bedroom villa offers all the comfort and luxuriousness for your stay with all bedrooms offering an en-suite bathroom. An open space fully equipped kitchen, grand living room with comfortable sofas and dining area will be ready to prepare and serve your favorite meals with your friends and family!

All areas of the villa are equipped with individual air-conditioning systems, giving the relaxing and fresh atmosphere which is necessary for your indoor living. Free Wi-Fi connection covering all indoor and outdoor areas of the villa.

Outdoor Layout

At the exterior, the villas feature big balconies with dining area, a private pool with modern, comfortable sunbeds, BBQ area, and grass covered gardens, surrounded by the amazing landscape of Loutraki!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.

Breakfast is offered for an extra charge, by Mare Nostrum restaurant.
To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.

Another popular beach of Akrotiri is Marathi (5 min. drive), featuring two beautiful small bays, sunbeds and umbrellas, fish taverns of high quality, and emerald waters, just like Loutraki!

Only 20 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays.
